We seek to be a model of Christian education that supports and equips parents as the primary faith teachers, mentors, and role models for their children, with the church serving as a faithful partner—reinforcing, not replacing, the important role of the home.

At TLC, our confirmation ministry is devoted to the spiritual well-being of God’s children and families. Our mission is to engage both students (typically 7th and 8th graders) and their parents in a holistic, biblically grounded, and theologically rich journey of faith formation.

We place a strong emphasis on the home as the center of faith life for disciples of all ages. Rather than relying solely on traditional classroom lectures, we foster meaningful conversations, small group fellowship, and opportunities for service—encouraging families to learn and grow together as followers of Christ.

Parents and confirmands gather on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, sharing in this time of connection, growth, and encouragement as we walk together in faith.
